How to Take Accurate Measurements
- Use a flexible measuring tape (cloth or plastic)
- Measure in the morning before eating for consistency
- Keep the tape snug but not tight (don't compress skin)
- Waist: Measure at navel level while standing relaxed
- Neck: Measure just below the larynx (Adam's apple)
- Take 2-3 measurements and use the average
