Monthly coaching is $299/month. We also offer commitment packages: 3 months for $799 ($266/month) and 6 months for $1,499 ($250/month). Most clients see significant results within 12 weeks.
Perfect! Many of my clients start with no gym experience. Your program will be designed specifically for your level, and I'll guide you through every exercise with video demonstrations and form feedback.
Each week you'll submit a quick check-in form with your weight, measurements (optional), how training felt, energy levels, and any challenges. I review everything and send back personalized feedback and adjustments for the following week.
Yes! You have direct access to message me with questions, concerns, or updates. I respond within 24 hours on business days. This is real coaching, not automated responses.
No problem. I can design programs for home workouts, minimal equipment, or full gym access. Just let me know your situation during the assessment and I'll build your program around what you have available.
Most clients notice changes within 2-4 weeks and see significant results by 8-12 weeks. However, results depend on your consistency, effort, and adherence to the program. I can provide the plan, but you have to do the work.
Yes, you can cancel after your first month. I want clients who are committed and seeing results, not people who feel trapped. If coaching isn't working for you, we'll part ways amicably.
Apps send automated workouts with no personalization or accountability. Templates are one-size-fits-all. I personally review your progress every week, adjust your program based on real feedback, and provide genuine coaching support. It's the difference between a GPS and a personal guide.
Not necessarily. I work with your preferences. Some clients prefer macro tracking, others do better with portion guidance or habit-based approaches. We'll find what works for your lifestyle.
